Gacto Colorado,   Mª José

María José Gacto received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees, both in computer science from the University of Granada, Granada, Spain, in 1999 and 2010, respectively. She is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science, University of Jaén, where she is a member of the Intelligent Systems and Data Mining Research Group, Department of Computer Science, University of Jaén, Jaén, Spain. She has more than 30 international publications. She has worked on several research projects supported by the Spanish Government and the European Union. Her current research interests include, multiobjective genetic algorithms and genetic fuzzy systems, particularly the learning/tuning of fuzzy systems for modeling and control with a good tradeoff between accuracy and interpretability.
